"Should have wrote this two years ago...In 2007 I was on y way to Memphis when I started spewing oil...I stopped in Troy and took a room and first thing that morning took my 1500 c c Kow to Ward's not knowing nothing about them.....They understood I was on my vacay and had to be in Memphis asap to meet friends...They went to work on the Kow immediately ....When I called them that afternoon they said she was ready....

"I purchased my first bike from Ward's in the early 90's (not my first bike, that was in the early 70's). I have owned over 30 motorcycles and many of them were bought from Audy and his great staff. I would highly refer anyone looking for any product that Ward's carries to try them first and you'll probably not go anywhere else!! No bull dealing has made my experience with them always a pleasant if not entertaining experience. A good sense of humor goes a lomg way when you are somewhat stressed about a multi-thousnd dollar purchase and service after the sale is even more important. They rate an A+ in all aspects.
P.S. I owned a scooter and powersports business for 4 years and still went to Ward's to buy machines."

"I had the opportunity to stop by and visit WARD'S YAMAHA on a recent road trip from Orland, FL to Frisco, TX on a brand new '08 Morphous scooter which developed an electrical problem that prevented me from continuing on. The service guys dropped what they were already doing, figured out what was wrong, and got me back on the road again. The REAL STORY is the genuine caring, hospitality, and family friendly atmosphere that these folks showed me. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend WARD"S to anyone I know. I'm just sad that I live over 700 miles away from them, otherwise they would be MY ONLY PICK for a Yamaha dealer."

"After over 40 years riding experience, and too many motorcycles to list, I feel qualified to speak on behalf of Wards' dealership. Due to my military back ground, I've lived all over the United States and Europe. Being a motorcyle enthusiast, I have visited and dealt with many dealerships over the years. I have purchased three bikes from Audy and his staff; genuine personalized dealings', exceptional service and sincerity in customer satisfaction rarely seen today! We now live some five hours from Audys' dealership, but I'm in the process of trying to make another deal on another bike. It will be a pleasure to make the drive just to deal with these fine folks. Although we haven't stuck a deal yet, from my past experience with Audy, I feel confident we will. "I must say I was very impressed with my recent purchase. I had an idea of what I wanted, but wished to hear other options as well. I was promptly greeted by Heath as I arrived and he listened to what I had to say. He suggested a couple bikes based on my comments. After briefly surveying various bikes and listening to price and options, I informed Heath that I would really like to purchase a Honda. The 230F seemed like a excellent fit.... and then everything went like clock work. It almost seemed too easy. Before I knew it, my 2008 230F was being assembled and serviced. Of course this took some time, but I was off work and treating myself to a birtday present. In the mean time, financing was taken care of and I was then getting a helmet on order. Before long, I was loading my new toy on the truck and on my way to tear up some trails. It was definatley an overall awesome expierence and a pleasure. The staff is friendly, courteous and they were genuinley concerned. I highley recommend you stop in for your next powersport purchase. You won't be dissapointed. Thanks guys!"

I live long distance from their dealership, and have no problem driving to Ward's because of the courtesy they show towards me, and the great deals they offer!
